We understand that plans change and we will always do our best to be flexible. When we have plenty of notice we return a deposit. Alternatively we find a mutually convenient date change. Or with cancellations within the last 14 days I try to re-let the space and if I am successful I return the deposit. It is very rare that we cannot come to some amicable arrangement
